- Prices are per room and per night
- Prices include breakfast, all taxes and change of linen and towels after the third night if you stay more than 4 nights
- For the nights exceeding the fifth night, a discount will be applied
How to book a room
Reservation is made by phone (number +39 347 495 83 26).
You need to pay in advance 50% of the total amount of the stay and send a receipt of payment by fax ( number +39 041 715257).
Cancellation Policy
It will be possible to cancel Your reservation till 7 days before Your arrival, after that, in case of cancellation, the following penalties will be applied:
- from 7 days until 3 days before the beginning of the stay: a charge of 1 night;
- less than 3 days before the beginning of the stay: a charge of 50 of the total amount of the stay (your part payment).
The guests read and accept all the conditions listed above.
